Reminiscent of the colorful art of Gustav Klimt, this Venetian cube bead has a variety of rich colors just below the surface. Underneath the pieces of colorful glass is a layer of silver foil, which combines with the other colors to create a magnificently radiant bead. The cube shape is made by lampworking Venetian glass into a round bead, then gently flattening each side. Due to the handmade nature of these beads, there might be rough edges around the bead holes, created where the glass connects to the mandrel. Use a Bead Reamer to remove these sharp edges and smooth the inside of the bead.
