"I was confused how these pliers actually works. I actually watched a video on a different site and found out. I assumed from the discription that the screw on the end, would spread and push the rivet down. You can adjust the tension with the screw so it doesn't mar your metal. So, it does do what it states but I misunderstood from the description on how the pliers work. It was an upsetting purchase on my behalf because I just use a small piece of paper to prevent marring."
