3mm Lower Case 27 pc. Typewriter Alphabet Stamp Set

With this Metal Complex 3mm lower case 27 pc. Typewriter alphabet stamp set you can create special pieces to use in jewelry and other accessories. This 27-piece set features lower case letters A through Z and the ampersand symbol, each displaying thin, plain letters that appear as they would on a typewriter. Each letter is 3mm in size, and the complete set comes in a nice zipped up pouch for quick travels and easy cleanup. These metal stamps are great to use with blank tags and other metal stamping components to design focal pieces for jewelry or to create your own pet id tags. Learn how to use metal stamps by visiting the Learning Center and reading our helpful Handy Tip. Be sure to face the inscription on the side of the stamp towards you in order to stamp the letters right side up!

Set is very inconsistant
Date:February 11, 2013
Pros: Price
Cons: Size, Quality
Creation: Unable to use
"I purchased this set because I liked the font. I totally agree with the other reviews regarding a mix-up of sizes. Most of the letters stamp like a 2mm stamp would (I have a 2 mm and they are almost the same size). Also, when holding the letter "n" per instructions (just like all the other stamps) it stamps upside down and is identical to the "u" stamp. I read when I purchased that this item was not returnable but based on the one review I am going to call customer service. I wouldn't recommend this set :("

Same as previous reviewer... weird sizes!
Date:October 4, 2012
Pros: Price
Cons: Size, Quality
"I have the uppercase version of this font (purchased from this site) and wanted the lowercase... I went against my better judgement and purchased this letter set (even though the one review on this site noted the mis-matched sizes.) I hoped that was a fluke, because surely other people would review poorly if they had odd letter sizes too, right? Well, wrong unfortunately. My set looked EXACTLY like the previous reviewers photo - some letters seem to be 3mm and some seem to be 2mm. It's evident without even having to stamp them onto a material. On the plus side, customer service was WONDERFUL on the phone today. Couldn't be more pleased. *She did seem very surprised to hear about my issue though, even when I referenced their website and the review from 6 months ago that discusses the same issue. Surely we aren't the only two people with this problem.*"

"This particular set of stamps was so amazingly bad, I sent them back the very next day.
When they first arrived, I stamped them all on a copper blank (as always) to ensure quality, and I would swear that they mixed the 2mm and 3mm in the same case (and, oddly enough, none of the stamps in the case had the usual "2mm" or "3mm" marking on them.)
The font was fine, as was the material itself, but unless you want a huge "g"or "t" next to a tiny "r" or "s", I'd steer clear of this one.
P.S. In the picture posted, I messed up the "b" a couple of times : ) but I oxidized the letters for clarity.
