"I was excited to get this tool, but when I tried to use it, the screw that holds the texture plate loosened every time, so it would not hold the texture plate in place. Called customer service and they immediately made arrangements to send a new one and a ppe to return it. The replacement arrived as promised, went to hammer and the screw face fell off after three whacks. Customer service again, apologized and made arrangements to return and to check the whole inventory of this product before selling more. I would not recommend until that has been done, but am waiting for the fix as it would be a great tool for jewelry making. Great service!"
