TOHO™ Bead Round Hybrid 11/0 Apollo
These innovative Toho hybrids are the result of a combined effort between the Japanese Toho bead makers and glass bead producers from the Czech Republic. After these round Toho beads were created in Japan they were sent to the Czech Republic where they were given a beautiful glass coating. The result is a unique and brilliant touch to a classic bead. The consistency of color and size makes these beads perfect for weaving, looming and stringing. Meaning "Eastern Treasure" in Japanese, Toho beads are versatile, colorful and create interesting textures when strung together in large quantities. Use these Toho hybrids with Swarovski Pendants and Freshwater Pearls for stunning results full of vibrant color and texture. These hybrid seed beads have a copper color with flashes of golden light. "The supplies for this glittery copper bracelet cost much less than I expected. But beware, I have had two ladies try to buy it right off my wrist. I cannot wear it without getting compliments galore. These tiny beauties catch the light and reflect it beautifully."

"These beads, coupled with Swarovski 4mm Jet bicones, are fantastic. I use a right angle weave design about six to eight rows wide and put a copper sliding clasp or a 4 to 1 spacer and a small copper magnetic clasp. I sell at least one at every show. Of course, Toho beads are a joy to work with as the uniformity of design and style are superior to all others."

"This Apollo color of the Toho Hybrid seed bead line is very versatile! The bright coppery finish that covers about half of the surface of each individual bead gives these seed beads a bright, metallic shine that will stand out against muted colors. When paired with brighter copper or gold seed beads, this color will recede while still providing a metallic glow. I used these seed beads in a pair of beaded earrings to add a contrasting copper color to a primarily purple color palette."

"The picture does not do this color justice. It's warm, rich color goes well with pink, rose, and greens adding a depth of color and excitement to the piece. I paired it with pink pearls and a touch of gold to create a stunning necklace and earings."
