"Normally I would order 1/2 hard wire but since I needed 18 gauge I decided to order the Dead Soft. I have never had dead soft wire be so stiff and unbending - matter of fact I've never had even 1/2 hard wire be as stiff and hard to work as this wire is ... not even my 16 ga sterling wire !
Since the package warns that the coil of wire is non refundable once the plastic baggie's seal is broken I feel there is little I can do except keep it and warn others. This so-called Dead Soft, silver-fill wire is extremely stiff to start with and becomes even stiffer as it is worked.

The only pros I can give it is for its appearance as it does have a nice, white-silver finish to it. However I know I will not be ordering any more of this wire in the future."
