"I wish that the first thing I saw in this description was something that read "EARRING BACKS DO NOT COME WITH THESE EARRINGS". Yes. Just like that. Because silly me assumed that an earring would actually come with a back. Because that would make sense. But nowhere in the description does it say that which forced me to place a SECOND order for just the earring backs. Waste of time for me and the customer who was waiting on the earrings and a rather lame excuse from me: "Uh sorry. I ordered earrings but they didn't have any backs on them." Waste of packaging and shipping costs for Artbeads."

"The quality of the items is very nice. The handling of the order needs a little improvement. I ordered 10 pieces of which 2 came without the loops. I have no way of attaching anything to the studs."
