"I can always count on your products to be fine quality. The print on each bead is very sharp looking. When I do have a misprint - which I think I only had one or two, or a wrong order sent, (And I have ordered A LOT of beads) I am always treated with the utmost kindness and my order has always been made right. The SS letter/number beads are very sharp looking and the price is great."
