"Well made and beautiful. Great value for money but misleading if you think you're getting all sterling. While the chain may be .925 Sterling Silver, the Clasp definitely is not! The photos shows a .925 stamp on the clasp but the clasp sticks to a magnet like steel. Sterling silver will not stick to a magnet."

The magnet is sticking to the spring inside of the clasp. Items can be called sterling and still contain non-sterling components when the functionality of those components are essential to the correct functioning of the item. We hope this helps.

"I have bought a number of these 16" box chains. They have nice shine & so far seemed to have kept it without tarnishing. They are lovely with a smaller sterling charm & I have also hung Swarovski teardrop pendants on them. Smaller ones & in birthstone colors sell quickly as the necklace price is excellent value."

"I love box chains in general. This chain is the perfect length for me, but it's slightly thinner than I usually like. I might go for the larger diameter next time. But this is still a beautiful necklace! Lots of shimmer."
