"These are great staples for heavier pieces. However, take care in crimping them. Make sure you crimp them securely. Since they are heavy duty, it does take a bit more to securely crimp them."

"Great size, I have never lost a project due to crimp failure while using this crimp. This is one of those little things that you shouldn't cut costs on, I know there are cheaper (thinner) crimps available, but having to redo a project because of a crimp failing is not acceptable to me. The longer length leaves an excellent finished crimp that only requires a cover if you want that extra finish, this crimp stands on it's own."

Finally a Crimp Bead that Works!

"I have used several different kinds of crimp tube beads over the years and it seems like the quality has been diminishing. There is a particular brand that is often found in craft stores that I have become so frustrated with because the quality is so poor; I have had to re-do so many projects because this crimp tube is so low in quality. These heavier metal crimp tubes are worth every cent and thankfully, I have no more frustration!"

"I will never use any other 2x2 sterling crimp tube. These heavy crimps are so much easier to use with fine gauge wire, and work just as well with stronger wire. Not only do you know that they are durable, but with the finer wire there is no more slipping, wasted crimps or wire from having to re-do. I am so glad I found these heavy crimp tubes at Artbeads!"
