Great staple
Date:May 3, 2013
Pros: Price, Ease of Use, Quality, Color
"These are great to have on-hand to make the bubble-type necklaces, as long as you have the 1x1mm crimp tubes/beads. The other sizes, like 1x2mm and up are too big for this crimp cover to cover all the way, and will eventually fall off. Other than that, they are of great quality material, and I will continue to buy these as well as the 4mm."

Easy Peasy!
Date:December 9, 2012
Pros: Size, Price, Ease of Use, Quality
"My first attempt at crimping - * watched the Handy Tips video about crimping in the Learning Center,I used the 2X2mm tube with this 3mm crimp cover and AB's crimp tool and wa-la, it was SO easy and looks GREAT. I got so excited about how easy it was to obtain a professional crimp finish that I finished the projects I was making for a friend and bought supplies to make a rice pear necklace for myself - with crimped ends, of course :) Love it and the crimp tube and crimp tool!!"

Work isn't finished without a crimp cover
Date:November 11, 2012
Pros: Size, Unique, Quality, Color
"I use crimp covers all the time when using stringing wire. It finishes off the ends well. I would like if they arrived more open. The gap they are open has them sticking together in the package, and sometimes when I open them I get them a little crooked. Other than that they are a perfect finish.
Artbeads is a great online site!

"3mm sterling crimp covers give jewelry designs that professional finish. I love the look and so do my clients that buy my jewelry inspirations. These covers are lovely. I find that using pliers to open them a bit helps with putting them on prior to using pliers to close them over the crimp tube."

Won't finish jewelry without these now!
Date:August 16, 2011
Pros: Unique
Cons: Price, Ease of Use, Fragile
"I've been using these for the past year or two. They have added a finishing touch that I was unable to achieve in the past. I will never finish a piece of jewelry without these now. You will ruin a few getting the hang of using these though. :) Be prepared to use your finger nails to open them up first and then a pair of flat nose pliers to pinch down the crimp cover ends."

"These crimp covers are great! I've been using them a long time and they always make my work look polished and well finished. I use 2x1.5 crimps and they work great. Also fit over 2x2 easily. I will be buying again as soon as this batch runs out!"

"I have bought almost all of my Crimp Covers from Artbeads! - both the sterling and the gold-filled.
They are excellent in quality and do the trick in hiding those not-so-pretty crimps.
I have found that they are not sold in most of the bead stores that I frequent.
So-o-o -- Artbeads gets my business !

Nice way to turn a homely crimp into a pretty bead
Date:July 15, 2011
Pros: Size, Ease of Use, Quality
Creation: Necklaces.
"Very useful finding for jewelry making. Hides those not so lovely crimp beads that one has to use, turning them into a pretty element of the necklace or bracelet or whatever it is that one is making. I was quite happy with the quality of these covers, they were not thin or flimsy as some that I've purchased elsewhere."

"These cute little crimp covers are perfect for finishing any stringing job. I just received more today and plan to start using them soon. Whenever I use crimp covers, it's always on a bracelet, since bracelets are completely visible around the wrist. They are a bit tricky to use, like getting them to stay in the end station of the crimp tool, but are worth it."
