"I have ordered a few these and found them to be beautiful and unique. The hole is a little small and had to be enlarged. I was nervous because shell can be brittle and break easily. Also Art Beads doesn't mention the paint on these is wax based. I'd be careful about wearing these in extremely hot weather or somewhere you will be in a lot of direct sun. Such as a stadium during the day. Your beautiful design could melt away."
