9mm Round Paua Cabochon - Ruby
A piece of paua shell adds a slight sheen and a unique marbled pattern to the center of this 9mm round ruby red paua cabochon. Use this small cabochon for craft projects, earrings or fashion accessories. Paua shell comes from New Zealand, where its pattern and iridescent properties have made it popular with tourists. Because the shells are natural, each cabochon will have a different pattern. Shells with similar properties in the USA are not as vibrant in color and are known as abalone.
