"I bought the SILVER charms but the ones that I got were GOLD! The label says they are Antique Silver but they don't even look like that. Plus, the coating is coming off and you can see the pewter under it! I've uploaded a photo of the charms that I received. Maybe I got the wrong thing, I don't know, but I'm not happy- I'm returning them right now!"

"I really like these charms. We have made over 1300 cancer bracelets with these. The only problem I have is that you are out of them often. I guess others must like them too. I tried to order 200 of them the week you had the 15% off $100 but you were out then. I hope you run more coupons like that."
