"but either vendor has changed or vendor's resources have changed. I've used this (or what looked like this clasp) many times in the past without problem but now the hook portion is bendable just putting wire guard through! Totally unacceptable to me and my customers. Using this is a waste of my time as well as money and customer goodwill. I'd rather pay ten cents more to have a quality usable product! Please go back to original vendor or ask vendor to use his/her original resource for quality."
