Pros: Price, Quality
"Am using these to freshen up a necklace for a friend. Some of the metal beads have lost their plated shine, are heavy, and are also causing an itching reaction. So these are going to be great. The necklace will be lighter and hopefully won't go dull over time. Cost is also great when you don't want to put too much into a project, but still get some wow factor.
Until you pick them up, it isn't obvious that they are not metal."
