Stunning but a Challenge to Open

"I purchased this clasp for a client's bridal bracelet. The clasp is stunning but it is a challenge to open. The tab that inserts into the clasp is very small. If you have larger fingers (I'm a man) you have to use your finger nails to pull the tab. It opens much easier if you jiggle the tab side to side as you squeeze and pull. I recommend opening and closing the clasp multiple times before stringing it. I am not sure if my bride will be able to take it off by herself. Guess I will have to teach her new husband."

"I wish I could give this product more than 5 stars. I used this to make a mom bracelet for myself, and I wanted an antique type of look that would stand the test of time as I want to eventually pass this onto my daughter. As another review stated, it is a bit difficult to put on, BUT that's definitely what I want on an expensive, sentimental piece. I would rather it be hard to put on and stay on, than just hook it real quick only to find out later in the day that if fell off somewhere. Now, I used this on a bracelet, so I am sure that it would be much easier to put on as a necklace clasp. Unless you are older and have a hard time fastening clasps, I would not second guess buying this!"
