"After not quite a year of use, the hook portion of this clasp broke on the necklace a customer purchased. Very embarrassing to say the least. Upon initial receipt of clasp, I was happy with its appearance and function. However, after my customer's experience with it, I would not recommend purchasing this clasp again."
