This beautiful amber Griffin bead cord is made from golden yellow silk with a soft sheen and a twisted appearance. It would look nice knotted between beads or threaded with small beads and crocheted. This No. 8 cord is made exclusively from high-grade natural silk filament. The card comes with two meters of silk already threaded with a flexible needle. Griffin uses a specific manufacturing process for their silk cord that puts just the right amount of tension on the thread and avoids tangling and knotting. I mix Griffin Silk Thread with Satin By The Foot cord, add large-hole beads, gemstones, Swarovski Crystals, and charms and pendants to make dual-purpose necklaces/rearview-mirror hangers, designed around a person's birth date and favorite things.
