Griffin Bead Cord 100% Silk - No. 6 (0.70mm) Black
Truly nothing is as soft or as smooth as silk jewelry cord! Silk, also referred to as Naturseide, is the traditional stringing material used by beaders for centuries. Each 100% silk bead cord has a twisted stainless steel needle at the end - Saves threading time!. Doubling the thread is unnecessary, and the cord can be easily knotted because the thread has the correct twist. Approximately 79 inches per card. "I should have bought more. This is my first shift to silk cord and it's working out wonderfully! Strong, yet soft looking... if that makes sense. I do wish they'd put threaders on each end, as it would make it easier to prep the project. Just a thought for the manufacturers. Pretty please."

"I've been using Griffin Silk Thread in many colors to make lovely knotted silk necklaces. I will be selling them for the first time in December at a Christmas Craft Show.
