"I bought this chain on sale and must not have been paying attention to the fact that the links are 27 gauge. They're so fine that I'm afraid they won't hold any weight at all, even for small-stone earring dangles, although the links are 4.6mm long. I plan to try weaving the chain loosely with silk cord into a necklace (kumihimo) so that (hopefully) the delicacy of the chain will enhance the design instead of being a problem."
