TierraCast Antique Gold Skull Head Bead
Create a treasure-themed charm bracelet with a twist using this TierraCast antique gold-plated skull head bead. It's a realistic looking skull with sunken eyes and a missing lower jaw. The back and top of the skull have a leaf and flower design. A hole conveniently larger than the earlier version of this bead is bored straight through the temples. I was really intrigued with these little pewter skulls, when I first saw them here on artbeads. I thought at first how awful, but saw past the morbid first impression and saw something fun and daring about them!
I bought a few in different finishes to make necklaces to appeal to mainly the biker/goth crowd. But I believe they will appeal to just about anyone that has a sense of humor!
They are of high quality construction and a bit heavy (heavy metal) ;-O, but not too much!

I made the skull the focal point, though it is small and highlighted it with vintage crystal bicone beads and 8mm tiger's eye beads and antiqued gold tone chaining. Very cool looking.
I recommend these highly! Enjoy the possibilities and the possibilities are only limited by your imagination! :-)""

"These beads are a great match to the other gold skull beads with the horizontal holes. These would make a great bead for a matching bracelet to earrings made using the other skulls. They're just a bit too expensive though..."
