Silver Heavy French Wire Bullion - 14-Inches

French wire is a great way to finish bead jewelry projects made with silk or bead cord. Simply snip off a piece of french wire about a 1/4 inch in length. Don't knot between your last few beads. Instead, just string them, and then the small piece of french wire. Go back through the last beads and knot in between them. The french wire not only looks great, it protects the bead cord. If you haven't tried this product yet, you've got to try it.

"I have this silver in the extra heavy, though need something a little finer for the 2,3,&4mm silk cord I'm using. I don't want to go any finer than this 'heavy' as it is too thin for my liking. I already have this weight in the gold tone so I know it works well w/ the light weight silk cord. Just finished a pearl bracelet using 2mm silk cord w/ the gold 'heavy' weight and it looks great! This stuff really makes a difference and is worth it!"

Pros: Size, Unique, Versatile
Cons: Price, Quality, Fragile, Ease of Use
"It is very very fragile, it breaks off in the box by itself and unravel if pull slightly. I like the way it looks with the silk cord at the end though."

Pros: Color, Ease of Use
Cons: Quality, Fragile
"I was very discontent about the french wire, bought fine and heavy. It looked good, but it is just too thin and damages easily."
