"This cord was a surprise to me. I had been using a thoroughly wobbly, weaker cord. With medium beads, this can be used like one of the multi-wire, plastic coated beading cords. Holding it in one hand, you can use the tip to go through the bead and pick it up, just as if you had a needle. With size 8/0 beads I would sometimes have to pick the bead up with my left hand and use the right hand to hold the cord and push it through the hole. There were only a few 8/0 beads with holes too small for this cord. I appreciate the firm shape of my finished bracelet."

"Since many of the beads I use are relatively small (I'm not talking about 11/0 seed beads--holes much too small), the 1.0 stretch strings are too large to string the smaller hole beads. I found the .8 mm to serve the purpose, especially for bracelets the wearer would often take on and off. The strength is there as well as the versatility of the size beads you use. It's the perfect size between the .5 and the 1.0 mm."
