"This is a very versatile and interesting product: Despite the photos, it is somewhat translucent and has a lovely "moss" look to it. This suits very well to complementing with a lot of other beads and findings. I used these in prayer beads this past week and for the Our Father beads, used an old-style glass bead I found in San Diego -- together they have an old fashioned and lovely look one would want in prayer beads."
