Amazing Customer Service!

"I purchased 4 of these a year and a half ago and just last night got around to using them. Unfortunately one of the studs on one of the earrings must not have been appropriately soldered on to the setting and it broke off as soon as I tried to put the back on the finished earring. The other 3 earrings were perfect. I was frustrated because this was an old purchase so I figured I would have to buy a replacement to go with the perfect mate I still had and since the price of silver had gone up I would have to pay more for the new one. So in the wee hours of the morning I sent a letter to customer service reporting my frustration.

I got back a letter the next day from Jennifer at Artbeads.com apologizing for my inconvenience and assuring me that a replacement was being sent out today!

Bottom line, sometimes an item is uncharacteristicly defective, but Artbeads truly stands behind its Lifetime Guaranty and demonstrates outstanding customer care! I am now a much more loyal customer. I hope you never have to experience an issue like mine, but if you do, you can rest assured that Artbeads will make it right!

"I like this size. The color is really pink, without being too obvious. I think these make a classy pair of earrings. I hung a pink swarovski dangle from it. Beautiful!"
