2x2-inch 3m Anti-Tarnish Carbon Strips
Place 3M anti-tarnish strips in a box or bag with your components or finished jewelry and they will absorb damaging moisture and other atmospheric dangers. They help to prevent tarnish and corrosion. They are safe for most metals such as silver, nickel, copper, bronze, brass, tin and gold.

"I put all my jewelry in little plastic bags to protect them and to contain parts if there is a "wardrobe malfunction". These strips are great for keeping the silver from tarnishing!"

Creation: put it with every sterling siver I make to keep it tarnish free.
"Well, I would not be without these for anything. And it took me a while to find them, but I did find them on Artbeads. I had a few a friend gave me from some other supplier, but I looked on Artbeads and there they were.
With each piece of jewelry, from earrings, bracelets to necklaces. I always include a 2"x2" piece of this Anti Tarnish Carbon Strip in each bag I pack the purchase in.
I have typed up a little sticker and placed it on the bag. I caution the person who has made the purchase to be sure to keep their jewelry purchase that is sterling silver in the airtight plastic bag it is packed in, after burping all the air out of the bag, and leave the Anti Tarnish Carbon Strip in the bag. Sometimes I give them two strips. I have had so many people tank me for telling me a method to keep their jewelry when they aren'ts wearing it tarnish free. LOVE this item and it is like a "staple" in my box that I keep my tools, ear clutches, and crimp beads and crimp covers in."

"Protect your metal jewelry from tarnishing. I use these for both storing metal findings and completed projects. Sometimes i include a piece with the item I sell. I just wish they were white instead of black."
