16x12mm Turquoise w/ Picasso Pear Shape Drop
This Czech glass bead is pear-shaped and can double as a pendant or drop. The base color is a beautiful turquoise speckled with picasso-style browns and some green. "Beautiful pendant at a great price! I usually use Swarovski crystals but am working on a necklace with a more "earthy" look. The pendant I received is a little greener than in the picture, but it's still a gorgeous color and a "pseudo-neutral" that will go with other vivid colors. Also, it fits perfectly in the TierraCast 8mm Vine Briolette Bail."

"This drop was so nice to work with. However, one must remember that this is glass and not a gemstone, so you will not want to use too large a gauge...too much stress when you are manipulating the wire will cause it to chip and crack."

"I bought this to use in a bracelet and was VERY happy with the design of the beads. Wonderful color and random patterning on each bead. Not a single one was too sparsely patterned to use or look natural with the others."

"It's a rare thing when when something artificial outshines the real thing, but that is the case here. These are much lovlier than real turquoise. They're a little expensive, but I appreciate the flexibility of being able to order them in increments of one. Be a little careful with these, I accidentally chipped one with my wire and pliers."
