These Czech glass rectangle beads have a rich red color that is contrasted beautifully by the dramatic Picasso finish. "These are a much deeper red in person. In the picture they look orangey red. Pleasant surprise. I've bought several of these beads, in different colours. I make a twisted silver headpin, slip this bead on, then a 4mm silver daisy spacer, then an 8mm fire-polished Czech bead. I finish by wrapping the wire on top. Easy to make, but great effect. I've sold many of them to friends without even trying. Everyone likes them!"

"Simply a beautiful bead..the colour is pretty much what you see but the overall look is better in person. I love them in earrings. It would be great in a necklace or bracelet but they are very expensive... When I sell my jewelry people are always impressed with those beads. The turquoise ones are great also!"
