"HI there - I think it's a shame that someone would make a question about an item into a bad overall rating. This piece is adorable, and a good price; if someone had just called customer service or sent an email instead of giving the piece a bad review, things would have worked out better. I'm buying two of these today to add to my out line puzzle earrings...can't wait to see how they turn out!"
