"I really like Pewter as an economical replacement for Sterling Silver in certain items...it has a nicer color than silver plated base metal, and this button has that great Antique Silver/Pewter color.
It is well made, the shank is large enough to fit a loop of size 11/0 seed beads or a wire guard. You can see the solder or join lines on the reverse side of this but that doesn't bother me too much.
It is somewhat large, but not bulky or heavy. It works great as a "focal clasp" on a bracelet...so it doesn't matter if the bracelet turns around on your wrist, it still looks beautiful.
The design is nice, not too flowery and girly, but still feminine. It looks nicer in person than in the photo!"

"This is a button I used at a closure on a leather gemstone wrap bracelet. Lookes lovely with the brown leather lace and fancy jasper gemstone rounds."
