"I have ordered this color before, and I must say I was very disappointed with the color of the gold over silver. The color I usually get has a 14k gold look. The color I received this time was much more of a brownish tint in the gold exterior. I contacted a different supplier, who informed me that Silversilk uses different dye lots, and the color can vary. This was not Artbeads' fault, but they should have photos showing the varying dye lots that you are choosing from. I had orders to fill for the Holidays, and had to quickly re-order elsewhere."

"I saw Artbeads Orbit earrings and knew I had to make some for me. The Silver Silk does not disappoint. May be a tad expensive, but definitely worth it. I love my Orbit earrings, especially the Silver Silk. Going to make a necklace and bracelet too."

"I made both a necklace and a bracelet and am very pleased with both. I wear the current necklace with various large-hole pendants. I intend to buy more chain and make some necklaces by putting on some of my medium-hole pendants before adding the end caps."
