"This clasp is very soft brass.
When you attach the hook to the eye, then bend the hook slightly (otherwise the clasp falls open) the hook will break after a couple of uses.
Save your money.
I bought 20 of the antique silver and 20 of the antique brass, so I have a lot of useless clasps left."
