"Very pleased with these bead stoppers. They are just what I needed to stop my beads from coming loose from the beading wire and landing on the floor. They are easy to use. Just give them a pinch and they grip the stringing material. Work great!"

"A good friend recommended these and they were good at first. Then I left on an item too long and it left a mark in my stringing wire. They also require more strength to open than I would like. I give the ratings I do, because I later tried the mini bead stoppers which are much better for me."

"I am new to beading, and I recently made a 2-strand bracelet from the learning center. I saw this as a recommended gadget, and was debating whether to buy it or not. I love gadgets, but I was skeptical about spending unnecessarily, I checked the other customer reviews, and decided to buy it. There are people more experienced than me, and if they recommend this product, it should be useful. Jeez - am I not happy I bought it! It is so handy, and I don't know what I'd have done without these."

Creation: A six strand necklace using these as I constructed the piece
"This is the best invention since sliced bread for a beader who makes necklaces of any kind but most especially multi strand necklaces. These little springs are VERY strong and are made with two pieces of spring on each end that stick out so you can squeeze the item so it fans open and then put your beading wire inside the spring and let it close up again. It STAYS put even on the THINNEST wire!!! If you don't have these and you are a beader...get them..you wont be sorry one bit!!"

"Artbeads needs to tell what size these are. A heavier strand of beads may not hold up with the tiny ones. I had the beads spill everywhere when I was holding up to see in the mirror how the length looked and the beads lay, etc. I recommend the larger size just to be on the safe side, but the small ones should work fine on smaller, light-weight strands."

"I no longer have to pick up beads that slide off the wire while I work. Can string and change design from both ends , which means I no longer have to remove all the beads to try something different. Also can redo one side and look at both to see which I like better. It is great to leave an unfinished project and not worry if it will be in one piece when I return. This is the greatest item I have purchased."
