4mm Antique Brass-Plated Clam Shell Bead Tip with 2 Rings
Give your designs a professional look by finishing the ends with this 4mm antique brass-plated clam shell bead tip. The tip hinges at the side. One end has a divot that will hold the thread. "While looking for a way to reduce the cost of my designs, I picked up these brass plated bead tips. When using Griffin Silk these are indispensable. A dab of glue on a good knot, tuck it in and close the door! I was able to use my fingers to close it. The antique finish is exactly right with a rustic bead strand. Even if I weren't trying to save money, it looks better than if I'd used a sterling bead tip."

"This is my favorite shape for clam shells. It has two real holes which makes it stronger and since it opens to the side can be put on after the beads are strung."
