Crackle Accents is a three-dimensional gloss medium that dries to a cracked finish. Use to accent spot areas or entire images. It is great for use over rubber stamped images, die cuts, clip art, ephemera, stickers, inside bottle cap art and jewelry blanks. You can even use it as a glue. The fine tip allows for precise application direct from the bottle or can be painted on for subtle effects.
