The large size of this pendant, approximately 40x18mm, allows you to use it as the focal point of your design. This pendant features diamond-shaped facets at the center that elongate as the top and bottom of the pendant taper to a point. A hole at the top lets you add a bail or beading wire. "I used this as a focal in a black agate necklace. I had already tried ruby (too small) and a crystal pendant (too short and blah). I wanted this to be really red and it's more of a rust color but I used it anyway because I'm not spending any more money on that necklace."
