"I have always liked Swarovski crystals, so I confidently ordered the crystal pearl beads when I needed 4mm pearls for a project. I was very disappointed--the finish looks like plastic. Instead of cheapening the look for the whole project I chose to go to the local big box store and buy some el cheapo glass pearls which I think look much better. I spent less and got nearly 3 times as many beads. This was the most expensive item I ordered this time around and the only one I was unhappy with."
