"They are a very dark blue shade, and I ordered 4mm. I wouldn't order anymore 4mm because since they are so dark and so small, they look nearly black when not it light. I LOVE the color in the sunlight, it's absolutely gorgeous, but if I were you I would get the 6mm version."

"Dark Indigo is much darker than I expected as they are near black looking. Still will use them in a puffy rectangle pendant. I've had trouble finding Dr. Sapphire crystals and thought this would be a good alternative."

"I was curious about the color - it's hard to know if the color on the monitor is close to the color of the bead and in the picture on this web site it looks like the bead might be opaque rather than transparent. Well, it's a lovely transparent dark blue - the color is exactly like what my monitor shows! This is also one of the only places I've seen this color available."
