"These are lovely, shimmery beads and they feel so smooth to touch. I do not know yet how I will use them, but I will try to design them in a way that the user will want to touch them, they are just that silky in the hand.
One bead on the end of my strand had a chip missing, so I called CS. Normally I would blow that off, but these beads seem so nice I did not want to miss out on even one. They were great, sending me a replacement strand along with a postpaid retun mailer to return the other one, so customer service gets an A+ to boot.
