This colorful 14mm light sapphire SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS rivoli rhinestone is faceted with 16 different facets coming to a point in the center. Brilliant light-reflection is possible with a foiled backing. The rivoli shape resembles the point cut of a diamond with the addition of 16 facets in a circle that meet in the center of the rhinestone. As you may have noticed, this rhinestone cannot be traditionally strung or glued to a flat surface. Creating a beaded bezel with some of our high quality Japanese TOHO™ beads would be an ideal way to showcase this beautiful component.

"I embroidered a peacock using two 14mm rivoli as focals. I also used an 18mm rivoli of the same color - light sapphire. I love this color because it reminds me of clear blue sky. Rivoli are easy to besel with peyote, and you can add all kinds of beads around the perimeter as an embellishment."
